The idea of threefold society stems from the perception that each pivotal aspect of society, namely economy, social and cultural, has a core principle on which their proper action rests. The issue is that we need to respect these core principles in order to build a harmonious society. In the field of culture, freedom is the ultimate principle. In the social sphere, the pursuit for equality is the key. And in the field of economy, solidarity should be the overriding driver. From this list we can observe that while the principles in cultural and social sphere are widely accepted, in the field of economy the prevailing orthodoxy preaches quite the opposite to solidarity. However, in my presentation, I will explore the signs in the business that show this principle is slowly penetrating to successful business practices.
