How to empower your employees and increase productivity?
According to recent research, the most influential way to engage employees with their companies is to give them confidence about the future of the company and their part in that future. This calls for novel ways of building engagement through giving employees opportunities to develop their competencies and allowing them to have a say over company’s direction. From management this requires active listening and designed communication platforms that allow dialogue to take place. I will explore this new avenue of leadership with some concrete examples.
